Rosemary Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

·      1 ½ cups brown sugar

·      1 stick butter, softened

·      ½ cup rosemary olive oil

·      ½ cup sugar

·      2 eggs

·      1 T vanilla extract

·      1 ½ cups bread flour

·      1 ½ cups all purpose flour

·      2 t. baking powder

·      1 t. baking soda

·      1 t. salt

·      2 cups chocolate chips

 

Instructions:

·      Preheat oven to 375 degrees

·      Cream together the brown sugar, butter, olive oil, and sugar until mixed

·      Add eggs and vanilla to the mix

·      Add the flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into the wet mix and stir until combined

·      Add chocolate chips and stir

·      Using an ice cream scoop, scoop batter onto a lined baking sheet with a little space in between each scoop

·      Bake for 11 minutes (or until desired doneness)
